🏰 Standard Bounce House Guide

Follow every step in order. No shortcuts.

🚚 DELIVERY & SETUP

🟨 STEP 1: POSITION & UNROLL

  • Ask the Customer: "Where do you want it placed?" and "Which way do you want the front entrance facing?"
  • Aim the Lip: All units are rolled back-to-front. Face the lip (flap) of the roll exactly toward where they want the entrance facing.
  • Unroll it flat.
  • Close All Zippers: Walk around every side. Look for zippers on every single side, zip them shut, and close the Velcro flaps.

🔌 STEP 2: POWER & MOTOR

  • Find the Outlet: Ask the customer where the plug is located.
  • Rule of 50: The unit MUST be within 50 feet of the outlet because our extension cords are 50ft. No chaining cords.
  • Tie the Cord: Connect the blower cord to the extension cord and tie them together like a bow/knot so it cannot disconnect if it gets tugged.
  • Strap the Motor: Get a 1HP motor. Slide the sleeve completely over the edge of the blower so it can't slide off, and strap it down dead tight.

🚀 STEP 3: INFLATE & SECURE

  • Stake Corner #1: Before turning it on, drive 1 stake into a corner at a 45-degree angle pointing away from the bounce house.
  • Flip the Switch: Turn the blower on and let it inflate fully.
  • Help it Up: Stand by the unit and manually lift/prop up the columns if they get stuck while filling with air.
  • Make it Safe: Drive the 3 remaining stakes into the other corners at a 45-degree angle pointing away.
  • Hazards Check: Make sure the extension cord is flat on the ground (no tripping hazards at the entrance) and completely away from any water.

🛑 PICKUP & TAKEDOWN

👀 STEP 4: INSPECT & DEFLATE

  • Polite Notice: If people are still there, politely let them know you are there to pick up the inflatable.
  • Clear the Unit: Look inside carefully. Check to see if there is anyone anywhere, and check for personal belongings. Leave any customer items in a neat pile for them.
  • Leave Small Balls: Small balls used for the basketball hoops stay inside the unit. Do not remove them.
  • Open Everything: Turn off the motor, remove the sleeve from the blower, and open ALL zippers on every single side of the unit.
  • Flatten It: Step on the inflatable if needed to get it as airless and flat as possible.

🪵 STEP 5: CORDS & STAKES

  • Pack the Cord: Disconnect the extension cord, roll it up, and place it directly in the center of the deflated bounce house. It gets rolled up inside it.
  • Motor Cord: Neaty roll up the motor cord on the blower itself.
  • Secure All Stakes: Pull all stakes out and put them in the dolly bucket immediately. NEVER leave stakes on the ground—they are hard to see and get lost in the grass.

🌀 STEP 6: FOLD, ROLL, & LOAD

  • Fold in Thirds: Fold the unit into 3 equal sections. Fold one side inward into the middle. Fold the other side inward into the middle. Then fold it over one more time. (Folding is done on the sides left and right of the entrance).
  • Straps Ready: Place the tie straps under the inflatable on each side towards the front entrance area.
  • Back to Front ONLY: ALWAYS roll from back to front! Start rolling from the very back of the bounce house up toward the front entrance. Roll it as tight as you can.
  • Strap it: Once the roll is completely finished, tie and secure it tightly with the straps underneath.
  • Dolly Load: Place the dolly next to the roll and leave it propped up. Go to the other side of the roll, lift it onto the dolly, and pivot it back. Mount the motor onto the load and take it out to the truck or trailer.
