- At Bounce House Boise, your child’s safety is paramount. We urge that individuals not adhering to safety instructions be requested to exit the bounce house.
- Ensure shoes are removed before stepping into the bounce house.
- All participants must empty their pockets prior to entering the bounce house. We do not assume responsibility for any lost items during the bounce house operation.
- Strictly no food, drinks, candy, gum, glitter, or silly string is permitted inside or on the inflatable! A cleaning fee will be levied if these items are found post-event as they can cause permanent damage to the inflatable.
- All participants must take off eyeglasses, jewelry, and remove any hard or sharp objects before stepping into the bounce house.
- Rough play such as flips, wrestling, or any forms of aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited in the bounce house.
- Running or bouncing against the walls of the bounce house is not allowed.
- Ensure to maintain a minimum distance of two feet from each other and the door while bouncing.
- Running or jumping through the door of the bounce house is not permitted.
- Our bounce house features a safety entrance. Participants must adopt a seated position while entering and exiting the inflatable.
- Climbing or hanging from the interior or exterior of the bounce house is strictly forbidden.
- Refrain from using the bounce house during heavy rain as the jump surface can become very slippery. Wipe the surface dry with towels before resuming operation.
- In case any anchors come loose during operation, stop using the inflatable and call us at 208-213-5664
- If wind speeds exceed 15mph during operation, evacuate all children and deflate the bounce house immediately.
- Children should be grouped according to age and size for safety. Children under 3 should bounce alone or be accompanied by an adult.
- The number of participants in the bounce house at a given time should comply with the guidelines provided in the following chart.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
